A COWBOY CHRISTMAS

NO TICKETS SOLD AT THE DOOR!
When: December 7th, 5:00-9:00 PM (dinner served at 6PM)
Where: Cottonwood Country Club Ballroom
What: Buffet Dinner with dancing and entertainment by Harry Matthews.
The Buffet will be the “Western Gunslinger”: Slow roasted BBQ Chicken and Beef Ribs, with Baked Potatoes, Sweet Corn and Pepper Medley, Cowboy Beans, Cole Slaw and Corn Bread. Cheesecake Dessert. Rolls and Coffee or Tea. The bar will be available for your personal purchases.
COST: $35 per person.
You may reserve a whole table of 10, but ONLY if you buy a whole table of 10 at one time. If you buy a whole table, be sure to list ALL the names of ALL the people sitting at that table so we can check them in individually.
Otherwise all other seats are on a “first come, first seated” basis! There are no paper tickets. Once your check is received, your name will be added to a list. All guests will be checked in at the door the night of the event. If you are buying more than one ticket, list the names of the guests that payment is to cover. Do not worry, there will be plenty of “open seating” available! Thank you!
Send your checks to our coordinator PK. Make your check out to SLRC, include: your email address & phone number, and the names of the guests you are paying for, and send it to :
